Not your average tea towel!
Inspired by practical organic gardening and permaculture techniques, this tea towel provides information on some flowers you can plant to provide food for the honey bee.
Depending on where you live in the world the list of flowers you choose will vary. The flowers we’ve listed are relevant to temperate/cool temperate climates and of course there are *lots* more plants to choose from as well. Talk to your local bee club to make sure you’re not planting a noxious weed and to find out about native, non-invasive plants for your region. You can also read a bit more about flowers for bees on our blog here: https://goodlifepermaculture.com.au/flowers-attract-bees-garden/
We love our tea towels as they’re not only educational, they’re also beautiful and useful; so multi-functional (how permaculture).
We love creating art that educates and inspires people, and love it even more when it does a practical service, even if it is drying the dishes or wrapping warm scones – we still think that’s a pretty important job.
