Gardening Australia: Filming EOI

Aug 28, 2025

Working as a presenter with ABC TV’s Gardening Australia is one of the great joys of my life – I often pinch myself just to make sure it’s real! Without a doubt, my favourite thing is meeting gardeners and their gardens and getting to know both while we’re filming at their place.

Which is where this blog comes into the picture, we’re always looking for more gardens to film across Lutruwita/Tasmania and have created an ONLINE FORM HERE where you can register your garden. It can be any type of garden – small, big, native, edible, ornamental, formal or wild – we love them all! The main thing is that you’re willing to talk on camera and are ok with a small team of us (respectfully) traipsing around your patch for the day.
